What "Heiress" means to us

An heiress is someone who inherits something of value and is trusted to protect it, grow it, and pass it on. That idea is the vision behind our name. We believe every organisation is the keeper of something worth protecting — its reputation, its people, and its purpose. Our role is to help you grow that inheritance with care, and hand it forward stronger than you found it. The crown in our logo is our promise to treat your legacy as something precious.

About the Founder

Paulina Mbango

Paulina Mbango is the founder of Heiress Communications and the driving force behind its vision. With more than 20 years of experience, she has built a career at the meeting point of communication, change, and delivery — helping organisations move from good intentions to real, lasting results.

Her strength lies in seeing both the big picture and the small details. She thinks about strategy at a leadership level, yet never loses sight of the people who have to live with the change. This balance allows her to turn complex plans into clear actions that teams can understand and get behind.

She has worked across many industries — banking, mining, agriculture, trade, and development — and is as comfortable advising executives in the boardroom as she is engaging communities on the ground.

Above all, Paulina believes lasting change is built on trust, clear communication, and respect for people.
