SWAITEX — Swakopmund International Trade Expo
We managed one of Namibia’s largest trade expos from beginning to end — marketing, bringing exhibitors on board, hiring vendors, tracking the budget, and running smooth operations on the day.
RFIN Annual Conference
A two-day conference bringing together regulators, policymakers, and leaders from the financial sector. We handled planning, speakers, logistics, and everything needed on the day.
Namibia Internet Governance Forum
A national forum on digital governance and internet policy. We brought together government, business, civil society, and technical experts, and shared the results widely afterwards.
Agri-Women Network Platform
We created and now lead a growing community of women farmers. Through summits, market-access events, and training, we help women in agriculture connect, learn, and reach new markets.

Paulina Mbango
Paulina Mbango is the founder of Heiress Communications and the driving force behind its vision. With more than 20 years of experience, she has built a career at the meeting point of communication, change, and delivery — helping organisations move from good intentions to real, lasting results.
Her strength lies in seeing both the big picture and the small details. She thinks about strategy at a leadership level, yet never loses sight of the people who have to live with the change. This balance allows her to turn complex plans into clear actions that teams can understand and get behind.
She has worked across many industries — banking, mining, agriculture, trade, and development — and is as comfortable advising executives in the boardroom as she is engaging communities on the ground.
Above all, Paulina believes lasting change is built on trust, clear communication, and respect for people.
